ALIGHIERI è un'app di RDD Italia ("noi"). Per ogni domanda su questa informativa o sui tuoi dati: rdd.vr.meta@gmail.com.

QUALI DATI RACCOGLIAMO, E PERCHÉ

Identificativo del dispositivo — un codice anonimo generato dall'app. Serve ad applicare i minuti gratuiti giornalieri e i limiti anti-abuso. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse.
Account (email, nome) — solo se ti registri. Serve a ritrovare il tuo Cammino su ogni dispositivo e a gestire crediti e inviti. Base: esecuzione del contratto.
Posizione precisa — mentre usi l'app, per far raccontare alla guida ciò che hai intorno e per la navigazione. Se sei registrato, i luoghi che ascolti e salvi entrano nel tuo diario (Cammino) con le loro coordinate. Base: esecuzione del contratto. La posizione non è mai usata per pubblicità.
Voce — quando parli con la guida, l'audio è trasmesso a Google (Gemini) per generare la risposta in tempo reale. Non lo colleghiamo al tuo account e non lo conserviamo sui nostri server. Base: esecuzione del contratto.
Dati di utilizzo — eventi tecnici (avvio sessioni, durata, versione dell'app, modello del telefono) per far rispettare i limiti del piano e migliorare l'app. Base: legittimo interesse.
Acquisti — la ricevuta firmata da Apple dei pass che compri, per attivarli e riconoscerli. Non vediamo mai i dati della tua carta. Base: esecuzione del contratto e obblighi di legge.
Contenuti che ci invii — il testo dei feedback e, se compili il modulo "La tua attività", i recapiti che scegli di lasciarci. Base: consenso.

COSA NON FACCIAMO

Niente pubblicità nell'app.
Nessun tracciamento tra app o siti di terzi.
Nessuna vendita o cessione dei tuoi dati.
Nessun profilo pubblicitario sulla tua posizione.

DOVE VIAGGIANO I DATI

Ci appoggiamo a fornitori che trattano i dati per nostro conto:

Google (Gemini) — genera la voce e le risposte della guida in tempo reale.
Supabase — ospita il database (account, diario, telemetria).
Apple — gestisce pagamenti e ricevute degli acquisti.
Tavily — esegue ricerche web per la guida; riceve la domanda, mai la tua identità.
Wikipedia/Wikimedia — fornisce foto e notizie sui luoghi (contenuti pubblici, con attribuzione).

QUANTO LI TENIAMO

Account e diario: finché l'account esiste. Puoi cancellare l'account dall'app (Impostazioni): sparisce tutto ciò che gli è collegato.
Telemetria tecnica: al massimo 24 mesi.
Registri degli acquisti: per la durata degli obblighi fiscali.

WHO WE ARE

ALIGHIERI is an app by RDD Italia ("we"). For any question about this policy or your data: rdd.vr.meta@gmail.com.

WHAT WE COLLECT, AND WHY

Device identifier — an anonymous code generated by the app, used to enforce daily free minutes and anti-abuse limits. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Account (email, name) — only if you sign up. Used to sync your Journey across devices and manage credits and invites. Basis: performance of contract.
Precise location — while you use the app, so the guide can describe what's around you and navigate. If signed in, the places you listen to and save join your Journey with their coordinates. Basis: performance of contract. Location is never used for advertising.
Voice — when you talk to the guide, audio is sent to Google (Gemini) to generate the answer in real time. We do not link it to your account and do not store it on our servers. Basis: performance of contract.
Usage data — technical events (session start, duration, app version, phone model) to enforce plan limits and improve the app. Basis: legitimate interest.
Purchases — the Apple-signed receipt of the passes you buy, to activate and honor them. We never see your card details. Basis: contract and legal obligations.
Content you send us — feedback text and, if you fill in the "Your business" form, the contact details you choose to leave. Basis: consent.

WHAT WE DON'T DO

No ads in the app.
No tracking across third-party apps or websites.
No selling or sharing of your data.
No advertising profile built on your location.

WHERE YOUR DATA TRAVELS

We rely on providers processing data on our behalf:

Google (Gemini) — generates the guide's voice and answers in real time.
Supabase — hosts the database (accounts, journal, telemetry).
Apple — handles payments and purchase receipts.
Tavily — performs web searches for the guide; it receives the query, never your identity.
Wikipedia/Wikimedia — provides photos and facts about places (public content, with attribution).

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Account and journal: for as long as the account exists. You can delete your account in the app (Settings): everything linked to it is erased.
Technical telemetry: up to 24 months.
Purchase records: for the duration of tax obligations.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under the GDPR you may request access, copy, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, or object to processing: write to rdd.vr.meta@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

MINIMUM AGE

ALIGHIERI is intended for users aged 13 and over.

CHANGES

If this policy changes substantially, we will flag it in the app. The current version lives at this address.
